The hotel has 116 rooms and suites decorated in the Italian Art Deco style of the Thirties, revisited with modern taste, always attentive to detail, and meticulous attention to comfort. The furniture in fine woods is the result of the skill of artisans’ furniture Cantù.

The renovation project, which involved the assembly of two 19th century buildings, earned a nomination as one of the top three hotel projects in the world at the “Mipim Award 2009” in Cannes. The hotel was awarded the Five Star Diamond Award for three consecutive years until 2011 when it was included in the list of the 101 most beautiful hotels in the world by Condé Nast Traveller magazine.

In 2014, it won the World Luxury Hotel Awards.
